Maple Sugaring

February 29 to March 2, 2008 

Each year, in late February the maple sap begins to run, then in March, when the sap is running strong, the days are around 40 degrees and the nights are below freezing, we hold our Maple Sugaring Festival. Join us as we, together, gather the maple sap, cook it in Kirkwood's own evaporators, and sample the product: sweet, pure, maple syrup.

 Come for the day or for the weekend!

Cost for Saturday, March 1 - $15.00 per person
Includes lunch on Saturday and a bottle of syrup

Weekend Cost, February 29 - March 2 - $60 per person
 Includes lodging for two nights, four meals and syrup
